How to use Instant hot pack:

1. Shake contents to the bottom of the bag,

2. Fold the product in half and press until the inner water bag ruptures,

3. Shake vigorously.

Suitable size - 5”x 9” inches each hot pack. Thanks to their practical size, you can use 

these hot packs on any part of your body,including your ankle, elbow, head, neck, hip, 

foot, wrist, knee, calf and shoulder.
